When you pay

The amount is held on your card when you order and charged when the review approves the order. If it is not accepted, the hold is released (and the balance used comes back) and nothing is charged.

When it is provided

From the first day ordered, once approved, for at most the days ordered (from the day of approval if the review ends after the first day). The views bought are spread evenly over the days, and it ends once they are used.

Settling and the balance

Once it has ended, the views billed are settled from the budget (a view is the card at least half in view for a second, once a day from each connection; on a day its views jump, billing them is held until the admins or the AI decide, and they are not billed if they cannot). What is left becomes a balance for the shop's next PR, usable for 180 days from the payment it came from; after that, what is left is refunded to the card paid with.

Cancellation and refunds

Until the day before the first day, cancel on the shop's management page on VRCBoost and all of it is refunded (what came from the balance goes back to it). Once it has started, it cannot be canceled. If the admins stop it, the views shown are settled and what is left of the card's part is refunded.

Withdrawing an order

You can stop at any time before completing the payment on Stripe's page.
